I can assure you that the upstairs router is connected to my personal internet router and this new router connected to my business internet router. I did multiple times but the same message Make sure that all your devices are configured correctly" and followed by a tab "Try Again". Just recently I purchased a Nest Wifi Router only for my basement internet and as I'm adding it through the Google Home App as a Router and not as a Wifi Point, QR code scanning has been successful but I'm stuck at the screen reading " Could not add device: It could be that you have 2 devices wired to the same modem.
